Do I need to choose a size?

There is a unique size for each of the models. You can check the dimensions of each model in their respective page. You can adjust the shoulder strap for a more comfortable experience.

When is my order going to arrive?

The delivery time will depend on the place of destination and the time in which the order was placed.

National Shipping (Spain-peninsula): 24-48 hours during business days. (up to 4 days for the islands).

Can I return the backpack?

We have decided that no returns can be made. The only case you can clame a return or refund is if the product is faulty. For more information check refund policy.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Our logistic operator will contact you if there is a failed initial delivery, to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the post services that are handling your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery.

There are two main reasons why you might have not received your order:

Incorrect address: We recommend to check if the address provided is correct. 

Failed deliveries: UPS or DHL will try up to 3 times to deliver the package.
